SMS Terms
These terms apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by RIGHT WAY PROFESSIONAL CORP, doing business as Right Way Epoxy.
How you opt in
You can authorize text messages in two ways on rightwayepoxy.com, and both are optional:
- By checking the box on our estimate request form. The box starts unchecked, and you can send the form without checking it by choosing a phone call or email instead.
- In our chat assistant (the "Free Estimate" button), by tapping "Yes, I agree" after the authorization text is shown. You can tap "No thanks" and still send your request. The chat is available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and shows this text in the language you choose.
Messages you may receive
- Replies and follow-up about your estimate request.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Updates about your project and our service.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages under this authorization.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your request and project. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: STOP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you unless you opt in again.

Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate and hire us without it.
Other terms
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and text messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy, including the text messaging section.
