Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RIGHT WAY PROFESSIONAL CORP, doing business as Right Way Epoxy ("we", "us"), collects and uses information through rightwayepoxy.com, our estimate request form, our chat assistant, and our text messages. We install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in Central Florida, and we use your information to respond to you and to provide our services.
Information we collect
Estimate request form. Your name, phone number, project type, approximate size, city or ZIP code, and anything you write in the message box. We also record whether you checked the optional box to receive text messages, the version and wording of that authorization, and the date and time our system received it.
Chat assistant. The answers you type, such as your preferred language, whether the project is residential or commercial, the space, your name, city or ZIP code, phone number and/or email address, and any questions you ask.
Information sent automatically with a request. The page you were on, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, UTM tags or ad click identifiers), and the Google Analytics identifier of your browser. To block spam, our form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check, measures how long the form took to fill in, and our system keeps a one-way coded version of your IP address instead of the address itself.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site (for example, pages viewed and when a request is sent). Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts.
If you hire us. We may share progress photos and your warranty certificate with you through a private project tracking page, and send you its link by text message, email, or WhatsApp.
How we use your information
- To answer your estimate request and prepare your estimate.
- To schedule visits and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To send updates about your project and provide customer service and warranty support.
- To send text messages, only if you authorized them (see SMS Terms).
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us and to improve the website.
- To protect the form against spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and only for that purpose:
- Website hosting (Hostinger).
- Our customer management system (Promaster CRM), which stores requests and customer records, and its hosting provider (Railway).
- Our text messaging provider (Twilio), to send and receive SMS/MMS.
- Cloudflare, for the spam check on the form.
- Google, for website analytics and fonts.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Text messaging (SMS/MMS) data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. The only exception is our messaging service provider, which receives your number solely to deliver the messages you authorized. This section takes priority over any other statement in this policy.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help. Checking the text message box is optional and is not required to get an estimate or buy our services.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you by contacting us below.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
